“The hotel its self is fine for a few night stay I personally wouldnt stay more than 2 or 3 nights. The resort across the street has a beautiful pool that your able to use and you can get breakfast and lunch over there as well but no dinner the restaurant closes at 3pm. And there is no restaurants close by to have dinner. I did hear you could take a ferri to port lucaya and have dinner but when I was looking for the ferri it wasnt available. I was there in the beginning of October and not……

“We were concerned about the reservation not being cancelled and called on (2) occasions. Both Front Desk or Call Center agents were so helpful, patient and provided excellent customer service, I'm so sorry I don't recall their names now. Otherwise, the stay was wonderful and I would definitely recommend to others.”
