It was wonderful to stay there. The hotel is literally right in the plaza where the cathedral is. There was a wonderful farmers market every morning in the plaza. There are so many places to eat and drink surrounding. The hotel also has a nice restaurant too and the food was excellent. They gave us a nice welcome drink because we were staying there. Freiburg is such a charming town. The breakfast is excellent and e.specially well presented. The staff have always been kind and helpful. Our room had a view of the church, and with the junior suite room we had plenty of room to spread out with two adults and a baby. Everything was in great condition. Hotel is newly renovated and better room amenities than its allocated three stars. Hotel desk is one end of the restaurant bar and when no staff at the desk, restaurant staff are able to assist.
