Holiday Apartment 'Ferien Am Lipbachpark' with Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

The holiday apartment at Lipbachpark in Friedrichshafen offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The 63 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to six people. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a workspace for home office, as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The apartment features a private terrace, perfect for relaxing evenings. The property is about 3 km from Lake Constance, and a bus stop is just a two-minute walk away. Free parking is available on the street.

A maximum of two dogs is allowed, but cats are not permitted. Smoking and hosting events are not allowed. The property offers its own Bioland honey.

Alles wie beschrieben

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen ca. 10tägigen Aufenthalt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, uns war das Haus nicht zu Hellhörig und das Licht im Haus nicht zu hell. Zu fünft wird das Wohnzimmer aufgelöst und in der Küche mussten wir den Tisch etwas schieben, aber das ging gut. Toll war die Terrasse mit dem Blick ins Grüne und das kühle Lüftchen. Spielplätze sind in der Nähe und die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
