Small shared farmyard. This single-story cottage has been renovated in a traditional style in the former farmhouse. Enclosed 200 m² garden with a south/west-facing terrace and a covered area to the north. Swing set and pétanque court available. Living/dining room with a sofa bed (140x190) and open-plan kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190), shower room and separate WC. Amenities included: Wi-Fi, freezer, full baby equipment. Included: electricity and electric heating. Not included: bed linen and towels. Mandatory cleaning fee for business clients (€70). Pets: €100 deposit. The Martinière Canal is 3 km away and Pornic is 20 km away. Optional services payable on site and to be booked before your arrival: \- End-of-stay cleaning: €53.88 per stay \- Towels: €5.39 per person per stay \- Bed linen: €10.78 per stay \- Sheet for single bed: €7.54 per stay Property managed by a professional.
