“They have a night club on Fri and sat until 3am. Even though we changed rooms on Saturday, it was still so bad and could blow sleep. Unbelievable that such a luxury hotel world have this issue. We were in the 3rd floor too Also, light switches too complex. ”

“El hotel nunca me contacto, no me enviaron el codigo de entrada, un huesped me ayudo para poder contactarlos por medio de su reservacion y asi fue como el hotel me envío los codigos, después de mucho tiempo de estar en la calle,”

“The bath tubs are too high and it is dangerous for us to climb in and out of it, especially when it is slippery! Second, there should be 2 bottles of water when 2 persons are sharing the room. The location is excellent with a good view of the old town!”
