“The hotel front desk staff, Aleksandra, was very friendly and helpful. She kindly assisted us by contacting the Serbian consulate to seek support regarding visa matters, which was a tremendous help to us. Her warm and enthusiastic attitude left a very deep impression on us.”
“Johnny was lovely and very helpful on reception and organised us a takeaway breakfast for an early start trip which was
totally unexpected and came complete with coffee. Great location and a fab find.”
“The hotel is a modern hotel. Rooms came with a/c and were spacious for our needs. Fridge in the room and a kettle. No provision for tea or coffee or milk.
Shame there is no bar in the evening. Everything shuts up by 8pm.
Fairly close to the city centre, taxi needed mostly to get around.
Breakfast is European not much fruit options other than. Apples or oranges.
We had a good stay and visited a lot of what Bucharest had to offer.
Staff were friendly and helpful.”
“The staff was very responsive and the room was nice. Had a fire alarm that took a long time to be deactivated because there is nobody on site. Also there was no spare toilet paper in the bathroom. While they offered to bring some in a few hours, it seems odd that an extra roll wouldn’t be in the room.”
“The AC in my room was not wall mounted and took up space. The rooms were a little cramped but manageable. The cleanliness of rooms can be improved and maintained better. The coffee shop lacked experienced baristas and did not order again. A nice hotel overall but room for improvement. Location is away from tourist attractions and on a main road so can be noisy. ”
