Villa in the vicinity of the sandy cove "Punta Della Suina"

Villa with a privileged position, on the hill overlooking part of the Bay of Gallipoli, immersed in a large and luxuriant garden made of marine pines. Set in the rock, it is characterized by large outdoor spaces where you can relax in full relaxation, caressed by the gentle breeze that rises from the sea. It belongs to a small, and therefore highly sought after, group of private villas close to the wonderful "Punta della Suina" cove, in the protected park of Punta Pizzo and Isola di Sant’Andrea. Organized on 2 levels inside it contains, on the first floor, a living area with furnished terrace for lunch and dinner with friends, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms: 1 double; the other 2 doubles; 2 bathrooms with shower (1 for the exclusive use of one of the 3 bedrooms); several balconies and terraces from which you can look out and on which you can refrain, all overlooking the garden and furnished. In the basement: an annex with a sofa bed for 2 and a complete bathroom. Sofas and tables arranged with care in some parts of the garden allow you to enjoy the freshness of the thick greenery in complete relaxation. The villa is completely enclosed by tuff walls, double entrance with internal parking for several cars.
Position
The villa is located on the hill of Camping "Baia di Gallipoli", 800 meters from the famous sandy cove known as "Punta della Suina" (can be reached on foot on a paved road). At 4 km: the "Cotriero" and "Pizzo" beaches, at 2 km: the wonderful coves of the sea of Gallipoli, at 3 km: the renowned resort of "Baia Verde" and its famous beaches. For those in search of unspoiled nature, the "Punta Pizzo and Isola di Sant'Andrea Natural Park" is 600 meters away. The camping shops are nearby.
Equipment
Large garden; furnished outdoor spaces, private parking. At home: mosquito nets on French doors; dishwasher, washing machine, TV, internet wi fi. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (dishes and pots, even small appliances such as a blender, toaster. Ironing board and iron, hair phone. Linen for a fee and only on request.
Conditions
Upon arrival a security deposit of 300 euros is required, to guarantee any damage caused to the property during the stay, which will be returned at the end of the stay. Four-legged friends are welcome!
