“Very nice clean comfortable place. Communication from the owner was great. He went above and beyond with nice touches to make us feel welcome from snacks, to coffee/tea and even some staples in the fridge. The location is nice and convenient within easy walking distance to downtown. We would recommend it highly for anyone visiting Marion County. Thanks so much!!!”

“Good enough room, though not perfect but has a comfortable bed. Heating and air unit was brand new and worked exactly like it should, though the auto fan was a bit noisy when trying to watch tv, but that is too be expected. The shower took a long time to heat, so i had a cold shower, but the sink water was just fine, which seemed strange. Overall, well worth the money and with a convenience store right across the street within walking distance for small items or other needs it was a great……

“When we entered the resident, there was half full trash can. There was urine and toilet paper in the toilet. All the appliances were streaked from attempted cleaning. The backyard was a mess. Kids couldn't play back there. All toys look like they were never cleaned.”
