“Check in was easy and staff was friendly. The room has no air circulation and no fan for hotter days. We had to keep the window open to get air but then it was light in the room and the birds don't stop so we got very little sleep. No tv. Only 2 pillows would've liked to have 2 more. The lobby was nice though. These are reasons I rated it so low. More for younger crowd who just need a bed to sleep in and could pass out anywhere.”

“bunch of issues you can’t get to your hotel with your car, had to illegally park the car and get the bags to the hotel and then park the car at a lot a couple blocks away. the room was extra small where your bags block you from walking around the bed. the bathroom was smaller than a cruise ship if you ever been on one. the sink had one of the faucets where it has separate faucet for hot and cold. then i knew we were in trouble when they put ear plugs on the nightstand due to a noisy bar……

“the room was so small you couldn't use the toilet and keep the door closed. Def. do not do a snug room with two people. Also there is no safe for locking passports or anything and the cleaning staff came only 1 time in the 4 days we stayed. The wifi didn't work and there is no front desk so you have to text on whatsapp, but staff never responded despite many attempts. def do not stay here unless youre looking for a hostel vibe”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Woodquay Townhouse in Galway. It was very clean, updated and cozy. The staffless checkin went very smoothly. We were given clear concise directions prior to arrival on how to get into the property and then once inside we were able to follow the touchscreen directions on how to get our key.
