Spring break hotels in Galway

OMG! Stay here! Derek was amazing. So kind and helpful with excellent recommendations. Breakfast was delicious and the portions were so large we couldn’t eat it all! Adorable rooms and spotless. So clean. Beautiful grounds. Close to Galway for easy access but out of the crowds. LGBTQ friendly. Will stay again if ever back this way. Thank you!!

Stunning apartment. The pictures online don't really show what a beautiful place this is or what a great location. The only issue we had was that our reservation code didn't work so we had a hard time with the automated check in. We did finally get a call back and they were able to help us get checked in. This is a stunning property with very professional and friendly staff. There is a beautiful perimeter walk on property, around the golf course and grounds which can include the lake (~1.2-1.5 mile circuit). The food in Palmer’s bar was fine, we liked the chicken supreme quite a bit and the wait staff, especially Derry, was wonderful. Very nice.

We had a wonderful stay. The bed was comfortable and room clean with all the necessary amenities. The hotel has a huge restaurant and Irish bar with many different rooms and 2 levels to accommodate all types of clientele! They had live music and the performances were amazing! The best part was the customer service provided with care, kindness, enthusiasm and pure happiness, always quick with help and a smile from their employee Niall, he was such a pleasure! We stayed here for 2 nights for a portion of our honeymoon. From the start, we loved everything about it. Staff were super friendly and helpful with check in, and then will drawing on a map for us to help us find things to do in Galway. The included breakfast was really good. The West restaurant (upstairs) was a little too fancy for us, so we ended up eating down the street at O'Grady's on the Pier. It was amazing seafood. Very hip hotel with neat bar/restaurant. Helpful and friendly staff, definitely a great spot to stay in Galway.

Parking was not on-site, but was right next door and a discounted rate. Hotel was an easy 100 ft from the ramp. Busy area right on the main pedestrian walkway. Easy walking access to everything. Very friendly and helpful staff both in the hotel and the 1520 pub.

A very nice hotel with a great location, only a block from the train. Easy to walk everywhere. By far the friendliest staff of any of the hotels we stayed at in Ireland. Would recommend to friends and family.

Wonderful location and amazing staff!

The location was phenomenal for easy access to Galway city centre. The staff was incredibly helpful. I do wish the WiFi signal was a little stronger in our room. We had to be by the door in order to get a decent signal.

When I booked this hotel, I was so excited to see it in person. The Dean did not disappoint in all areas. Upon arrival, the front desk staff (I didn't get their names) shared the best things about Galway, how to access them and engaged in a conversation that made you feel like you were a guest in their home. Nice hotel right on Galway Bay. I visited in late September but would be lovely in summer. Spacious room, good breakfast. Spa services available but I didn’t use them. About 1.5 miles / 25 minute pleasant walk to Galway town center. Large hotel that seems to be used for conferences and meeting point for larger tour groups.

Decor is very dramatic. Nice place, nice staff. Pretty clean, food was good. Nothing bad to say but if you don’t own a Valentino suit, you might not match the furniture.
