We enjoyed sharing an apartment, with use of a full kitchen, a lounge and clean modern bedrooms. The staff were extremely helpful and kind.

If boutique means miniscule, they're nailing it. I don't think I've stayed in a smaller room in my life! The staff was great, the breakfast was good, it's in the middle of everything, toilet paper was exceptional for a hotel. I'm not sure who they cater to though. If you have any luggage or toiletries, there's ZERO space for that. No luggage rack, or ANYspace for anything to set anywhere. One nightstand with no plug in for anything. I finally found the hairdryer. Would have taken 3 day's to dry your hair....if there was a plug in to be had. Carpet was really dirty. For the price they're charging, I'd go somewhere else more civilized.
