“Wonderful views and a great location for our long weekend stay in Hobart. Comfortable lodgings with attentive, responsive hosts. How nice to have that first morning breakfast supplied and to be able to pick from the garden. The driveway, as most of Sandy Bay, is steep but manageable but free driveway parking is always a plus.. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment was much appreciated. ”

“Unfortunately, the heating took a few days to warm up the house. The power kept tripping when we tried to use the space heaters in the bedrooms. Very frustrating to have to keep going to the fuse box to turn the power back on. The owner was lovely but the company “Little City Group” who manages the property are hard to deal with.We have a baby and really needed heating but they were slow to communicate with us and offered a partial refund which we haven’t seen yet despite my emails to them. "We have our family trip in TAS for five days and we chose this hotel as out two day accomodation, a great place with free car park in front of the building, comfortable bed and shower, its away from the city but we find some good park for leisure, we drive to ferry pier in a few minutes. It is a valuable choice for the family to visit Hobart."
