“I made a reservation for three dome accommodations. The pools were beautiful, and the food at Maria was reasonably priced. We were asked to sign a document regarding noise policies because we were told this was intended to be a very quiet and relaxing area. I specifically chose the domes because my children wanted the experience, and the domes themselves were very clean and well maintained.

“I had to leave after the first night, the room was very dirty, unsanitary and even dangerous.
