“Nuestra estancia en Villa Dulce Refugio fue extraordinaria. El lugar superó nuestras expectativas desde el principio. Es hermoso, acogedor y transmite tranquilidad y confort. La habitación estaba limpia, bien equipada y decorada con gusto. El entorno es tranquilo, seguro y rodeado de naturaleza, ideal para relajarse. Los servicios fueron excelentes y todo funcionó perfectamente. Recomiendo Villa Dulce Refugio al 100%. Es un sitio al que volveríamos sin pensarlo y merece la más alta calificación……

The room was quite spacious and just like the photos. The pool was nice tho I did not use it since it was already past 4 when we arrived and the water was cold. “Everything here is amazing from the view/landscape to their customer service, food, cleanliness, welcoming atmosphere, flexibility/customer accommodation, etc. My reservation was for 3 people but I wanted to have some family time with other family members, and they prepared a buffet for a total of 10 people... being able to have great family time and memories without any stress is amazing, and Yasper and his mom make this happen. ”

“the condo was spotless, big size for 4 people. comfortable sofa , i used it for the whole 11 nights with no problem. nice balcony over looking the pools. very convenient location across from the water and just few minutes walking to numerous restaurants. we did not any transport. ”

“We fell in love with our 1 bedroom apartment. It was beautiful and had a spectacular view of the ocean. The staff was so friendly, helpful and kind. We only got a couple of the staff’s names but one was Wairy in the office and she answered all of our questions and helped us rebook the same apartment for March. The young fella who checked us in was helpful and so nice. He was always smiling. We had difficulty with the safe and the tv. He came back to our room immediately to try to remedy the……

“BEWARE!!!!!! 3 hours before my check-in time, I contacted the host for check-in instructions (it's an apartment, not a hotel with reception). The person told me that the apartment wasn't available but said they will help me find accommodation and urged me to get refund from Expedia as the new place wanted cash. After confirming that I got the refund, she said 'ok so I don't owe you anything, you're on your own finding a room, I'm not going to do it'. Wasted a day of my vacation trying to find a……
