very well worth the money, great amenities close to everything felt safe

This is a great way to travel with kids and adults with different dietary needs. Everyone had a wide choice of food to eat at every meal. Plus there is always something to do. Beautiful beach and well kept grounds. The room was spacious, the bathtub and shower large and full of a lot of hot water. Limited outlets for electronics. Staff very nice and accommodating. Activity leader for kids was a great teacher and so sweet.

Pros: Beautiful beach and pool; peaceful, scenic setting. Comfortable room with relaxing balcony. Generally hospitable and friendly staff, responsive to concerns/complaints. Strong sustainability effort (Vero water filtration, no plastic bottles, glass bottles provided). Cons: The biggest issue for me was the food. As a vegetarian, I found the options limited, and dishes were not clearly labeled to indicate meat content. The food was also overly salty for my taste, and I was hungry much of my stay. At one specialty restaurant, the menu did not match what was served, and unavailable ingredients were not clearly explained. Stains on bedding linen/bed skirt upon arrival (resolved, but delayed replacement of comforter...hours later) While I value the Vero water system, it is only located on the 1st floor. My room was on the 3rd so frequent trips were necessary until I requested a 2nd bottle. Water stations on each floor would improve convenience. No bathroom fan; no in-room safe instructions. Cats freely roam the property, including the dining hall (not an issue for me but important for guests with allergies). One staff member was overly assertive about attending a presentation and needed firm reminders to respect my boundaries. Bottom line: Beautiful property and eco-conscious, but food limitations (vegetarian)and a few service/cleanliness issues impacted my stay. Because of the food limitations and overall experience, I would likely choose a different property next time.

The beach is very nice and the staff is always friendly, it is a good destination if you are looking for tranquility.

We had a great time at the resort. The staff and entertainment were amazingly kind and attentive. Lots of food choices every day. We knew we were not renting a 5 ⭐️ resort and for the money this was absolutely worth it. Great location on the beach.
