Great place to stay!

The condo was the perfect size. The bed was comfortable. The apartment was within walking distance from all the places we like to go to in Gatlinburg. I would stay again!

Excellent location to the trolley.

Had a great time, wish we could have stayed longer. No complaints and would stay again. Never had to speak with management. Everything went exactly as promised.

Very nice stay

We stayed in the condo for a long weekend and specifically wanted to be close to the downtown so that we could walk everywhere. The condo location was perfect. It was off the main strip enough to be quiet, but was just a short walk to get to everything. We loved having an indoor and outdoor pool! The condo itself was perfect for just the two of us. It was well stocked with dishes and utensils for what we needed. Be sure to bring extra trash bags and toilet paper because they only provide a starter amount. My only complaint was that the balcony was super loud due to all of the air conditioning units being on the balconies. We did not sit out there at all because of that. Also, the floors in the condo were not very clean and walking barefoot made my feet look and feel dirty. That is the only reason I have the condo 4 stars instead of 5. Having said that, we would stay again!

Close to the fun!

Our first time staying downtown as opposed to a cabin in the mountain. This did not disappoint! I’m not sure we will go back to the mountains to stay now! We will return to this little condo instead!

Drainage and hot water

The stay was great and walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg. The only issues we had was the tub draining and enough hot water.

Best location

Second time as guests of Sandy & Matt, both times at Oak Square (different units). Location is best in Gatlinburg. Walking distance to everything on The Strip. Furniture was comfortable, inflatable mattress was top of the line. Elevator is right outside the door. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we'll be back for a third!

Just Right

This place did not disappoint us. The location is a short walk to the main strip but far enough away to not hear all the commotion. The apartment itself, was perfect for my husband and I. It was cozy, clean, and comfortable. Access was simple and the owners held true to great communication (when room was ready, codes to enter, and even a great welcome book with information on the area and favorite places to eat which we took full advantage. Thank you for sharing your home away from home. We will be back.

Smoke and mirrors

This place was so small. The mirrors made it look larger in the listing. You couldn’t plug the oven in to use it. The bed made squeaking sounds all night and when we attempted to use the couch as a bed there was a note under the cushions that said,”Bed does not work. Please get air mattress.” The air mattress had a slow leak. This place was TERRIBLE.

Small and dark, but great location

The condo was very small and the lighting in the bathroom and bedroom was poor. The bathroom had mold and water damage on the ceiling and the outlets were not secure. The kitchen was tiny and not suited for any actual cooking. We were going to use the oven to make pizza, but there was only 1 small, rusty baking pan and minimal counter space and dishes. The plus side is there are lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. A picture in the listing shows a hot tub, but It has been filled in with concrete. Overall, the condo was suitable for an affordable place to stay, but not as nice as we were expecting with the listing claiming it was newly remodeled.

The condo is adorable with a unique country flair. The cozy condo featured unique lanterns for the lights and a barrel table to embody the spirit of the mountains of TN. The owner was extremely helpful! We traveled during extreme heat and the owner went out of their way to provide a fan for extra air circulation. I always pack extra dish soap and cleaning supplies. The only thing lacking was liquid soap for an easier cleanup after preparing meals. Overall, we loved our stay and will definitely return!

The condo was great, safe, and in a perfect location. There were 3 adults that utilized the property which worked out very well but if there was one more adult it would have been snug, but it was just what we needed. Would love to stay again, when I return.

Anniversary get away

It was a very nice hotel! We hadn’t had a trip since we got married. It was nice to be in the center of gatlinburg so that we could walk to most places. The hotel was beautiful and I really enjoyed swimming when I got up in the mornings. Looking forward to staying again sometime! Beautiful views off the balcony!

50th wedding anniversary getaway

We e joyed our two night stay! This gave us an opportunity to get more familiar with that end of Gatlinburg! Loved being able to walk to some fine dining restaurants Howard's on the river stream. The Cherokee Grill and Calhouns are our favorites! Finally figured out how the town trolley works, enjoyed the ride through Gatlinburg! Was disappointed there was no hot tub as advertised? But we did enjoyed the indoor pool. The outside pool was still a little too cool to go in but didn't expect it to be opened till memorial weekend?
