“The room type provided was completely different from what was booked, very old and dirty. The carpet was extremely dirty, the water flow in the bathroom was very small, and the electronic lock couldn't be locked at first. It took a long time to figure out that it required a lot of force to close it. I asked the platform to communicate with the hotel about the room's problem and was hung up on several times. They only said that it was full and couldn't handle it, so why should I book it? Terrible……

“Tout était parfait. Nous nous sommes présenter le 12 oct mais le proprio ne trouvait pas notre réservation mais la voyait pour le 13. Je m'étais trompée de date mais il a été très compréhensif, et il nous a donné une meilleure chambre parce que celle prévue était occupée. Peu de proprio aurait fait ça je crois. Le lit confortable, grande chambre, grande salle de bain, tout a été rénové. Nous etions à la chambre #15. Même l'extérieur etait beau.”
