G Hotel is just next to Gurney Plaza easy access to shopping center. The staff are friendly and service is good. Will come for next stay again

Getting a room on club level is useless. Check in also same with others. Club Lounge service is down to the common floor. I was there at 8 pm and the waitress told me it’s over as they only serve up to 8 pm. So particular? Where is your extra service? U can check records of this customer always staying at your suite room. So disappointed in this type of service

Excellent location, staff ready to please from reception right to room service. Only thing is that rooms maintenance could be better. Room 1711 shower handle was loose and requires maintenance.
