I had a difficult time figuring out where it was prior to booking as VRBO doesn't always show the exact location. It would help if a picture of where it is on the map was included in the listing photos. It was a convenient location in the middle of the island. While you could technically walk to the beach, I wouldn't necessarily recommend that. A rental car was necessary to travel around and the road to get to the cottage is very rutted. Shenifer also has cars for rent which was very convenient. She left the car at the airport for us to pick when we arrived. FYI- you drive on the left side. We spent little time in the cottage other than to shower & sleep so it had everything we needed. The cottage had 2 beach chairs, beach towels, and she loaned us a cooler. It was very clean! Also, very reasonably priced! Shenifer was helpful and quick to respond to messages!
