The main house/cottage has 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. First bedroom looks out a the water with Two Twin Beds and a 3/4 bath attached. Second bedroom has Two Twin Beds and third bedroom has 2 Bunk Beds. Bathroom is in the hallway near those rooms. Fully functional kitchen and open spaced dining and living area with a huge picture window to Lake Winnipesaukee. There is a garage bunkhouse that has the 4th bedroom with Two Twin Beds and a full bathroom and laundry room. Property sleeps 10 in beds and is all one level living.
