"The staff and security were excellent, the food could be better. The rooms need an upgrade. "

"I have been traveling through latin America for 3 months and have stayed in many economy type hotels but this one is by far the worst. First of all, the one tiny towel they provided was old and dingy and it even had a blood stain for good measure. The bedding was equally disgusting and the pillows were covered in plastic. The room i was in had windows facing the hallway and did not close at the top which made the noise from the street unbearable. On a positive note, the AC worked well and the staff were nice and helpful."

"The hotel is centrally located, surrounded by shops and restaurants. It looks newly renovated, and the two pools, though very small, are gorgeous."
