“Our whole experience was so good from firstly entering the hotel with a most warm welcome from a young lady staff member. Our room was spotlessly clean, all the staff were warm and friendly, dining was excellent, all our meals were fresh and well presented.
All the staff worked hard and always offered their services if we required anything.
Thank you very much to all the staff for a great stay with you.”

“Liked how the staff upgraded us and were responsive to our feedback. Liked the bed and linen, and how, mostly, the apartment was clean. Liked how Oulton Broad North railway station was walkable, and how room 11 has a parking space - if hard to find and quite tight. The place was good value.
Not so good: There was a stained grey rug in the living area that needs replacing. We didn’t have a tea towel or oven gloves until we asked. There was no bath mat - and not enough hooks to hang towels on.”
