“Barn was lovely. Very clean had everything we needed. Beds were super comfy. Hosts were lovely and provided amazing welcome back for us. Location was lovely and peaceful. Lots DVD books games and blankets in the barn. Had lovely fire although weather was mild so we didnt need to use. Would highly recommend”

“A lovely warm welcome from the host. The property was pleasantly larger in side than first impressions gave. It was beautifully decorated and very well equiped for all ages. it was cosy and felt very homely, lovely rural views from the rear and a nice seating area in the back garden. Parking outside the property was great and enabled us to vist the local area and beyond eaisly. Would definitely recommend a stay here.”

“No check-in details given, had to contact Hoseasons twice on the afternoon of arrival to get details, to say the cabin is quieky is an understatement, if you like dark & dinghy then thats ok, the kitchen is basic and smells of old fat, beds & mattress have seen better days, if you don't mind paying over the odds to sleep in a damp portacabin look no further, if we could off afford it, we would not of stayed, but as this was not a holiday we didn't have much say,but did cut our stay short.”

“Very enjoyable stay. Short walk to the high street where everything you need is available. Walking distance to the coast and promenade, public transport. Access to Glasgow and/or Edinburgh for a day trip by train or bus is uncomplicated. Anne, property manager, is lovely and approachable if you need help or advice regarding the accommodation or local area.”

“Excellent, pristine accommodation with all the extra added touches and more. Located next to the owners own home whom were not intrusive. The garden is welcoming with the added benefits of seeing the two resident horses in the adjacent field. You may be welcomed by two wee black cats whom can curl up on the porch, an animal lovers dream. Cathy is an excellent host whom responds quickly to any queries. "room was nice on the whole, but the lights went off from time to time as they was a motion sensor timer. It means that if you want to lie in bed to read or spend too much time in the toilet, maybe 20 mins, the lights would go off suddenly. In one morning, there was no hot water for shower, but the problem had been fixed when I went back at night. Other than these, the hotel is very conveniently located and clean."
