“The bedframe was damaged The shower was just leaking. There was no wall or anything. It was just leaking how to use multiple towels to clean up, they just changed the rules saying that you have to be 21 and up when we came here over 20 times being 18-20 now they changed the rule They charged me a $50 deposit. I never got refunded. They didn’t give me a reason why I tried to call the staff they don’t answer.”

“It's too expensive！”

“This suite was nothing like the pictures on the website. The patio was broken to bits with broken furniture all over it. The apartment was filthy with dust and dirt everywhere. The walls were damaged and needed painting. Door handles were broken and falling off the doors. The showers were broken and the bathtubs were dirty and damaged. “Perfect location for us! So much within walking distance. It was great to have more space than a traditional hotel room, as well as a full kitchen. Only negative is the noise. It is such a busy area and right in the hospital district, so sirens, traffic, and the bus stop on the street right outside the building made it very noisy all night. Check-in is at 4pm. My question was when were you going to tell me that? I have things to do. Your code also doesn’t work until 4 pm so if you want to store your belongings in the locker,……

“Amazing besides the few blocks around seems dirty and filled with homeless”
