Everything was fine except for the bedding. All the pillows smelled like body odor bad. I can’t figure out how the cleaner didn’t smell them when changing the bedding. I didn’t use them and their systems were down soo their phone wasn’t working to call the desk. Everything else was fine.

Good experience. The staff was very helpful and kind. It’s very close to the Albany Capital Center, making it ideal for those taking the bar who don’t want to commute to the exam center. Book early for good rates.

We had to switch rooms due to lack of heat, the linens were stained, the pool had broken steps in the ladder and things floating in it, the hot tub was broken, there was options to cast from your phone but the internet was so poor that it wasn't a true option
