“We booked this place because of the nice photos advertised online, but it was disappointing. The room was very rundown and not well kept. Windows inside the room couldn’t lock which felt very unsafe. The room itself was not clean - bedsheets and towels were grey and stained, and we also saw bugs on the bed. “Very disappointing experience. The biggest issue with this hotel is the management and their lack of support when problems arise. The internet was extremely slow and constantly disconnecting, making it almost impossible to work or even perform basic online tasks. Since reliable Wi-Fi was one of the reasons I chose this place, this was a major inconvenience. I reported the issue, but the management showed very little interest in helping or resolving the problem. What made the situation worse……
