“The apartment was exactly as advertised in a convenient location in San Telmo, easily walkable to the Mercado San Telmo or Parque Lazama, and with a 24-hour garage and a convenience store less than a block away. Hosts suggested the parking ahead of our arrival. Our only issue was minor in that we weren’t sure which unit was ours when checking in with a code, but otherwise checking in & out was simple.”

“Very disappointing experience. The biggest issue with this hotel is the management and their lack of support when problems arise. The internet was extremely slow and constantly disconnecting, making it almost impossible to work or even perform basic online tasks. Since reliable Wi-Fi was one of the reasons I chose this place, this was a major inconvenience. I reported the issue, but the management showed very little interest in helping or resolving the problem. What made the situation worse……

All the good service I had received up to that point was thrown away in this terrible mess Expedia put me in.”

“Apto de bom tamanho, sala cozinha, quarto banheiro. Boas comodidades, recepção, facil check in e check out. Tudo no apto funcionava bem. Boa roupa de cama e toalhas, banheiro com bom tamanho, ótimo chuveiro. Tem cafeteira nespresso e disponibiliza o basico na cozinha, açúcar, sal, chá, etc. Tem tudo que precisar na cozinha. A estrutura do Faena é muito boa. Localização excelente no Puerto Madero. ”
