“The location was excellent--one block walk to the beach. In addition to the beach, the entire strip up and down the beach has plenty of restaurants to choose from. The room itself was clean, well kept, and had fully reliable, fast-acting air conditioning, which was much appreciated given the summer heat. Luigi is incredibly friendly and helpful. “This is not a hotel. It is a group of rooms, each with an ensuite, that share a common lobby. They have provided everything you need. It's impeccably clean and has a ton of charm. A little tattered walls/paint but not a big deal. Wonderful staff! You have to take the stairs up and then take the lift. Once you leave the lift, you have to go down a flight of stairs again. “Cosimo was an amazing, graceful and courteous host. The B&B rooms were modern, with a great shower, comfortable bed, good wifi, and most importantly, clean. As with most smaller B&B’s, it’s located in a mixed use building. It’s located in the Marina Area, which is busy with many restaurants, bars and pastry shops close by. “What a magical hotel in the heart of the city. The staff were exceptional and gracious. The artwork is like being in a private museum. The rooms full of wonderful surprises. Our particular suite was huge. The double rain head shower and also a Turkish steam. Again exceptional. Everything it la crème de la crème We had the best dinner in Sardinia. Beautiful presentation and a try’s symphony of flavors. We will absolutely without hesitation stay there on our next trip Truly a unique experience……
