“Very beautiful, spacious and clean apartment. Wifi and parking are available. The caretaker Terrance went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend it. ”

“This hotel is perfectly located right in the middle of Harare. Everything is walking distance. The hotel is dated, but it is definitely has a unique character to it. The view from my window was spectacular and breakfast really fills you up.”

“This place is running a bait and switch operation. We booked a room for 5 people, since the listing said there were 5 beds and it could accommodate up to 10 people. But when our group of 5 (2 adults and 3 children) showed up, they were told they get 1 room with 1 bed. Our group was then repeatedly harassed until we paid for another room in order to not have all 5 in 1 bed. So they basically sell you one room, but then make you pay twice the cost - a classic bait and switch. Even if it had been……

“Anytime an entity calls and has their alleged local police assault and detain me because I loudly vocalized several legitimate complaints about not having consistent hot water, unstabe Wifi and a complicit staff that every morning purposely made every Loud noise one can make, you tell me how the stay was...?!? ”

“We were not allowed entry at the country club gate. They also wouldn’t refund our money. Stay away from this place!”

“The property is in a gated community and very quiet.The backyard is beautiful! I was the only one staying that night. It's a three bedroom, three bath house with very comfortable seating areas inside and out. Staff prepared a delicious steak dinner with fresh made fries and salad. Since I was leaving early, they prepared a breakfast to go. I would definitely stay at Sunbird Guesthouse again!”

“We could not even locate the place. We had to book another place for the night. Their contact number not even working. Not really sure if the place is real. Very bad experience as we wasted 2 hours driving, trying to locate the place but could not find it.”
