However, the host immediately found us an excellent alternative without any extra charge, and we were very happy with the solution. “Great hotel with very clean and spacious rooms. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a quiet area, which made for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the huge rooms and comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommended!”

“This is a really nice hotel. It’s good value for what you pay for. I would say this is a 3 star hotel that gives you 4star value. Let’s get into it; The staff at the reception was very lovely, special shoutout to Gerta, she was super kind and helpful; she called taxis, gave instructions and directions for local activities and public transport as well. On our last day, she let us check out late FOC. The breakfast fare is not huge but it’s adequate, there’s no potatoes, omelettes or porridge but……

“Wow, an incredibly hotel. We stayed in a lovely apartment with 3 balconies, 3! One for each bedroom and one for the kitchenette and living area. Both bedrooms have en suite with bidet and nice showers, toiletries provided and replenished at no extra cost and the staff were lovely. It’s a short 20 or so minute walk to Skanderbeu Square and in the vicinity of where most tour operators will pick you up from, which is also super handy. For Tirana, the street it’s on is actually pretty quiet! Highly……

“Although the property was not well located, the staff was very helpful and went out of their way to be accommodating. They made me feel right at home and assisted in meeting all my needs and orienting me. They made my stay as comfortable as I could have expected. Definitely will return.”

“Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. We arrived well after the check-in time, but our room was still not ready, resulting in a long wait. The room was clean, but it was very hot, and the shower drain didn't work properly. The hotel is new, but the overall service lacked professionalism and the experience fell well below expectations. I hope these issues are resolved because the hotel has potential.”

“What is advertised as family room includes a sofa bed that you are better off sleeping on the floor. Both my kids got a terrible back ache from it. To top it off the management pretended that we broke the bed and wanted to charge us for the damage. This was a terrible customer service experience. I cancelled a future stay there and it was not refundable, but worth not having to deal with them anymore.”
