Good location, a bit wornPosted Aug 27, 2015
Pros: The room was quite large, with a separate sitting area with a door, and a second sink separate from the main bathroom.
Cons: Signage could be better. The hotel is actually two buildings, and it is not clear that the "rear" building is part of the same hotel.
Location: The reason to stay in this hotel is to visit the Grand Canyon, and it is very convenient for that.
This is clearly not a luxury hotel, but it functions well enough for its purpose -- a place to sleep when you are visiting the Grand Canyon. The staff seemed a bit stressed at check-in. The room was large and clean but clearly worn (chipped furniture, dated decor). Breakfast was only so-so and the selection was pretty limited. But the point of our trip was not to hang out in the hotel, and with that in mind, it was entirely adequate.

Clean but no sleep!Posted Aug 25, 2015
Pros: Clean, convenient to Grand Canyon.
Cons: Air conditioning is too loud and the bed felt like trying to sleep on an ironing board.
Location: About 1 mile from entrance to Grand Canyon Park entrance.
Upon arrival at the hotel, the staff was very friendly and we quickly registered and went to our room. The room was very nice and very clean. We returned to the room after a full day of activities. The shower was good, but when I climbed into the king sized bed- it was incredibly hard. I was pretty tired so I figured once I fell asleep it would be fine. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the room sounded like a jet engine! For the first couple of hours I thought it was someone doing laundry in the adjacent laundry/fitness room. After midnight, I got up and went to the laundry room only to find there was no one doing laundry. When I returned to the room, my husband said it was the air conditioner. After a couple more hours of being unable yo sleep, I actually considered going to my car with a blanket to get some rest. I didn't, but I also got no sleep that night. In retrospect I should have called the front desk and asked for maintenance or another room.

Very nice hotel at the entrance to GCNP.Posted Aug 25, 2015
Pros: Clean pool and jacuzzi. Room was very easy to access. The bed was very comfortable. Spacious room.
Cons: The view to the back of the hotel was to a junk yard... Had to keep the curtain closed.
Location: Very close to the entrance to the Grand Canyon National Park. Very close to restaurants, visitor's bureau and airport.
Very clean and satisfying hotel right by the entrance to Grand Canyon National Park. Nice amenities, such as very clean pool and jacuzzi.

Sehr großes, sauberes StandardhotelPosted Aug 19, 2015
Pros: Zentrale Lage, Sauberkeit.
Cons: Alles okay.
