The hotel is OK. Well located just few minutes from south entrance to the park. The staff at the check in was nice. But the manager at the bar-restaurant was kind of rude and unpolite. The main restaurant was closed the weekend that we stayed (Mid July weekend. Hotel almost full). We have to waited for breakfast since the only place to have it is the bar. Not the kind of service expected at all

Our room was clean and well appointed, as was the entire hotel-definitely presents a higher end vibe, yet still has a bit of rustic charm appropriate for the area. Also, staff was wonderful. Overall, highly recommended!

Great location. Lovely room. Very clean. Dining was pretty good - the dining room is very dark and the AC was much too strong. The decor in the lobby was rustic, American frontier - full of stuffed and mounted wildlife. I get it, but I think some updating is in order. I was personally turned off by all of the taxidermy displays. Lighting could definitely be brighter throughout the hotel, as well.

Hotel is nice, comfortable, quiet, and convenient to Grand Canyon. The restaurant at the hotel was the only experience we did not fully enjoy. Staff was nice, restaurant was nice, but the food was absolutely not worth the price and we were disappointed with that.
