The second floor appeared to be flooded at one time. The doors need to be replaced.

The walls must be pretty thin as we had a room at the end of the hall so it was separated from the room next to it, but we could hear our neighbor talking on the phone well enough to hear every word he was saying. The bathroom floor tile was broken at the door and prevented closure of the bathroom door. The recliner, entertainment center and the nightstand all had visible damage. Lamps needed to be updated to ones that allow cell phones to be charged via USB.

The positive - Staff were SO nice and friendly especially the young lady who checked us in late at night and the man who checked us out. Reception and breakfast room are bright and clean. Breakfast was OK but minimalistic. Towels were a nice quality. Bed was OK. Linens and pillows were lacking. Room definitely needs a refresh but especially the bathroom (the granite counter was coming falling apart, door was severely water damaged at the bottom and hard to close, caulking and paint around the bath insert was pretty awful) Then there was the shower.... If you don't need hot water for very long, you're fine BUT washing long hair was disagreeable when the water went tepid after about 7 minutes :(

This hotel had screaming and fighting on both days that happened. RADIATES weed throughout the whole building. Definitely didn't get what I thought I was going to get, and the rating I read must have been false cause jfc it was horrible.
