“The cabins were located right on the river with amazing view peaceful and quiet. What a great place to stay too get away from all the hustle and bustle 0f big city’s. ”

“The place was a dump! They lost our reservation and the people to check us in were gone. The first floor of the “lodge” was a single building, managed by the local rafting company (there weren’t any rafters scheduled) with bunk beds on the first floor (not at all like the picture) and a shared bathroom. I heard from the “maid” (she had a housecoat on) that the second floor was better but we were put off by all the bees and bugs everywhere on the first floor. I can only imagine what the beds……

“Great little place with a great view of Moosehead Lake and Mt Kineo! Super clean and just right for my husband and me for three nights. Good spot for going out and exploring (drove Golden Road and scenic byway near Mt Katahdin, hiked Mt Kineo, watched moose near Greenville). Ate dinner at nearby Rockwood Bar & Grill. Excellent!”

“Brassua lake sporting camps are set in a beautiful nature setting located right at the lake. The cabins are clean and have everything you need. I enjoyed my stay there and highly recommend it.”

“Went up to knock Snowmobiling off the bucketlist. The place is right on the lake . It is equipped with everything. We love to travel and have stayed in alot of places and this is the best stock kitchen I ever stayed in , every utensil was thought of. The Bed was amazing memory foam with the warmest comforter ever. Even had a doggie bed for our furry friends . GREAT PLACE”

“Awesome spot right on moosehead lake with a great view! the cabin was super cozy, perfect size for the two of us. You can definitely tell they care about the quality of your stay, will definitely be back next year!!”

“It served the purpose...a place to sleep and shower. Check in was super easy...no keys to lose, you just need the code. Cute set up however the carpets are light colored and look really dirty in the living room area and the unit had a very musty/mildew smell I'm guessing due to the lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom. The a/c unit gives off a similar odor when turned on. Luckily the weather was good so we just opened the windows but you could still smell it.”

“Everything and everyone was great! Only two negative comments. One, we had great difficulties with the entry system and had to call for help on check in day and the following day. Two, the beds are not very comfortable. . . by the 3rd night. . . not at all. Everything in the area of Tockwood was amazing. . . Beautiful!”

“Stopped overnight here when driving from Quebec to Boston. Beautiful location and setting and the cabins were of a really high standard. Joe was friendly and helpful ”
