“Great location, but unfortunately the apartment itself was very disappointing. The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and the bathroom had mold. The shower was clogged, there was a lagoon every time we shower and had an unpleasant smell. Overall, the apartment looked poorly maintained and as though it was not well cared for. “The location was great and the apartment was clean, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, our overall experience was mixed. Communication from the host was unresponsive, the kitchen sink wasn’t working during our stay, and there was significant noise from a neighboring unit. The checkout process was also not very smooth. With better communication and maintenance, this could be a much better stay.”

“Emplacement et état général de l'établissement acceptable. Cependant le ménage est quasi inexistant. A notre arrivée, les sols n'étaient pas propres sans compter en dessous des lits et autres. Les ustensils de cuisine, le micro onde, la poubelle et surtout le TORCHON étaient sales ... Le pompon : l'odeur nauséabonde de la salle de bain. Nous l'avons signalé à notre arrivée mais rien n'a été fait ... Vraiment dommage car très bel outil de travail mais très mal exploité, nous ne reviendrons pas...”

“Location was amazing! We could not have been happier. Walked to nearly all the sights, only needed to take the train to the Eiffel Tower and the airport. (Seine, Notre Dame, Sainte Chappelle, the Lourve were all within a 25-30 minute walk.) Also very close to multiple train lines. In the lively neighborhood of Le Marais, you are a 3 minute walk from cafes and shops galore, but you are on a quiet side street, so away from the noise when you want to sleep. You will want to plan time to just hang……
