Location is next to train station and cable car terminal. Best location and walkable. Unfortunately, it was rainy when I came. There should have been walking instructions for 'sheltered walkway though car park' and allowing guest to go through the side exit of Chic. Especially we had much luggage to carry. Ended up moving and lifting heavy luggage through the snow and stairs, only to realise there is just a shortcut next to Chic lift which is like 3mins with minimal effort. Please consider this and make this your location advantage. Why make it as an exit only. Chic room is newly renovated and great! It will be better if there is a shower door. Zip track at balcony. Unfortunately, it kept raining, and we were unable to sit at balcony to enjoy. Laundry and dryer are available at a fee although there is limited time. Please consider increasing the opening time.

I would never stay here again They advertised full facilities bar / restaurant/ snack bar / deli / tea and coffee Hotel did not have any of these facilities They were in closed season and failed to advise guests that nothing was open, not in the town Pretty much all by itself and not close to anything
