“The room was cleaned and A/C working good. The only bad experience we had: we got to the hotel 25 minutes before checking in and staff told us room will be ready at 2:50 pm. the clean ladies left at 3:00 and come back at 3:30 while we still waiting from reception to give us the room. I asked why my room still wasn’t ready and receptionist said the clean ladies left for lunch, and room is not clean yet. Very disappointed experience.”
