The good-sized room was very nice. It was bright, clean and had a relatively private outdoor sitting area. It had a pool view, which was very convenient being close to everything. However, there was always music playing by the pool which was annoying at times. The worst was on the Saturday night when music boomed until 3 a.m.!! Other nights the music stopped by around 10 p.m. The food was very expensive and the quality was not great. We had 2 dinners there, choosing to go to other local restaurants for the remainder. One meal was a buffet, and it was terrible. So glad we did not buy a meal plan. The free shuttle between resorts was a really nice option, however the day we used it they were not running to the schedule which was frustrating. The beach and oceanfront is amazing, with lots of non-motorized water sports included.

Very run down property in need of serious refurbishment. The property doesn’t even have an elevator to get you to the top floor of the property. I waited 4hrs for my room to be ready and was eventual placed in a room on the top floor above the restaurant which was very noisy. The staff are pleasant, but this is not the level of service of a Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons! Their advertisement makes the hotel seem to be more than it actually is.

It’s located on the best part of the beach. Staff very accommodating and pleasant. I did half board which included breakfast and dinner and the food was very good. It’s a little quiet at night, they do have some entertainment but not too much. Very relaxing and the weather was great!

We loved the beach, it was the best part of our stay. We didnt realize that booking with Expedia would get us treated as 2nd class citizens. When we asked if we could have lunch instead of dinner (as our local friends were making plans for dinners with us) we were told, sorry you booked with Expedia. When we checked in, we wete told we had a $100 credit to apply for a meal at select restaurants. When we inquired further were told, sorry you don't qualify, you booked through Expedia. Then why were we told about the credit? We didn't have a room key till 36 hrs after check in. We didn't have towels one day, we had to ask for wash cloths another, the bar of soap left for us, was the size of half an After Eight mint and the water temperature in the shower was hard to regulate. The location was awesome and as mentioned, so was the beach.

Should have soccer and volleyball ball for kids to play. Whirlpool was not working well. Not very hot and sometimes had no bubbles. Clean up if tables near the pool should be done more frequently. All in all great hotel and would come back.

Close to the town and near the restaurants. Enjoy the beach and water park. Restaurant food is good but expensive. Would be nice if kids could eat breakfast for free.

The hotel is on the beach I would say this is the only plus , but on the other hand it is public and they sell the spots to cruise ship so it is crowded . Service in dining room takes hours with bad attitude on the staff all over but I guess it is the standard in all st Lucia . No upgrade !room was run down . Half board mean only breakfast and dinner no flexibility on changing it to lunch . No concierge service on the property

The only nice feature about this property is the beach. The facilities are old and barely working (toilet in our room needed to be fixed twice during the week long stay). Food is below average. Service is non existent. NOT worth the money we paid for it.
