New villa built in 2018 PORTICCIO combining the charm of ancient and modern with panoramic views of the Gulf of Ajaccio, near the city center and beaches.
Equipped with several terraces and living areas around a heated pool.
The villa is composed of 2 parental rooms with each one its room of shower and toilet privative
a 3rd bedroom with 2 bunk beds that can accommodate four people with its private shower room with double sink.
1 independent toilet.
1 kitchen equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, large griddle table, toaster.
Landscaped garden.
