“We liked the Queen Anne room we stayed in. It was clean and very nice and cosey.”

“A hidden gem. Hostess was amazing and went above and beyond necessary to ensure smooth check in”

“This place was amazing. I loved the privacy and the room. The host text us coming in and made everything very easy. I sat in the gazebo in the morning ate my breakfast and had my coffee while watching the squirrels play in the yard. I enjoyed a private hot tub 6 foot from my bed when we came in that night. We will be back in the spring and plan on staying there again. To top it off it was cheaper than any hotel.”

“It really needs a steam clean and update really smelled stale and the front porch smelled of cat urine. The bed was comfy and the hostess was nice but really seemed outdated but for the money was good”

“Place was great and very pet friendly! Beds were comfy! We had dinner at Mel's on the Madison and the food was outstanding!”

“We had a great stay. There were lots of stairs but it was worth the climb. It’s a lot bigger than we thought! We went to visit our boys for the 4th of July weekend. It had plenty of room for them to come visit and for us to play games etc. Beds were comfortable and Jude’s cafe downstairs was amazing. We/the kids enjoyed reading all the notes in the notebook from previous guests. It said in there that there were 7 baby Jesus’s, We only found 5 and we added one. There were also Sasquatches that……

“Our family LOVED this property! Host was extremely responsive and helpful. The property was very clean. We absolutely enjoyed the pool, hot tub, fishing pond, kayaks, game tables, lounging areas, blackstone and smoker. Perfect for our group of 20 adults. We had 4 adults and 3 littles who didn’t get to make it but there was plenty of room for them had they been there. Lots of spaces to spread out and everyone be comfortable. We found the WiFi to be spotty. The kitchen could stand to have a bigger……

“It was a very pretty and relaxing setting. It would have been nice if there had been a bathroom in the loft but other than that it was great.”

“They have really outdone themselves Their attention to detail and anticipating ur every need makes this extraordinary place tp stay we loved every single thing about it”

“First the positives: this place was squeaky clean, it was priced well, and it had plenty of beds.Unfortunately, the negatives were strong. I’ve never left a negative review before, but it is hard not to feel like this place was misrepresented. It is not at home on a river. It is a rental double wide located inside a larger campground that was essentially empty while we were there in February it is not a private location at all it was directly across from the camp store and next to a busy road.……
