“We booked a deluxe room for 3 people only to get there for the receptionist to tell us they only had a double room in the basement and there was no manager so they couldn’t do anything about it. Even after messaging the manager I never got a reply. The sauna was also out of order.”

“Ya conocíamos el alojamiento y de nuevo ha sido un acierto. Limpio, amplio, cerca de las pistas, con 2 restaurantes y con alquiler propio de equipo. Todo el personal súper amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Sin duda, volveremos!”

“Very clean and nice looking smallish hotel. Wasn't where I expected as was a little way out of the main town of Stepantsminda (3 or 4 km i think), but that is my mistake. Still the location is amazing in a beautiful valley and on the road to Juta which is fantastic and well worth a visit (recommended by reception).
Breakfast was very good with good selection.
Staff were very friendly and helpful especially the guy on reception.
Beautiful maintained big lawn on the property and super...
