All-Mohs-Paradise is the gateway to heaven on earth. Situated where the road ends and the sugar white sand begins lies this 4-bedroom 3-bathroom beach home. Experience Fort Morgan Alabama in true fashion while having all the comforts of home and so much more. As you open the door watch the worries of real life drift away with the soft gulf breeze. Before stepping inside take in the sights from the gulf facing balcony. You will notice the sea-oats on the dunes waving hello and the sound of the waves washing onto the shore as they await the glow of the vibrant sunsets. Step inside and let the relaxation begin. The living room which boasts coastal comfort is the perfect place to enjoy the company of friends and family. Turn the game on the large flat screen television or cozy up and spend an evening watching your favorite movie. The open floor plan allows everyone to be together. If you are in the mood to try your hand at preparing a traditional coastal Alabama meal the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need. There is plenty of room on the spacious granite counter tops and the stainless steel appliances will help make your culinary masterpiece the talk of the evening. The family can choose to dine together at the dining table which seats up to six people or if extra space is needed there are seats at the breakfast counter.

After a long busy day of getting your toes in the sand and soaking in the rays of the sun retreat to the master bedroom. The primary suite encompasses the second level almost allowing everything else to disappear. The inviting king size bed which is fit for royalty is positioned just right to keep you within eye sight of the Gulf of Mexico. If you didn't get enough of the sounds of the coast open the door to the private balcony only accessible from this room. Watching everything from this level allows you to separate yourself from the hustle and bustle of reality and provides a sense of tranquility you can only experience here. The large and very spacious primary bathroom has a sliding barn style door to provide privacy. Inside you will find a large granite topped vanity with dual sinks and fully tiled walk-in shower. The other three bedrooms are located on the first level. There is a room with 2 twin size beds where the kiddos can giggle themselves to sleep after talking about all the amazing adventures they have experienced. You will find another king bed in one of the other bedrooms. This room has access to a full size bathroom with a bath-tub and shower combination and a single sink vanity. This bathroom is also accessible from the hallway for convenience to guests that may be visiting. The third bedroom offers a cozy queen size bed and has a private bathroom with a fully tiled walk in shower and a double sink vanity for extra space. All-Mohs-Paradise can sleep up to 8 people comfortably.

Conveniently located on the ground level is a half bathroom you can use to rinse off after a beach day. The covered parking area is big enough for 2 vehicles and can help shield you from the occasional afternoon summer rain shower. The house is equipped with a full size washer and dryer. There are flat screen televisions in each bedroom and a Wifi connection so you can post pictures to show everyone back at home all the fun you are having.

All-Mohs-Paradise is located just a couple of driving miles from historic Fort Morgan. You can take a ride on the Mobile Bay Ferry which is will lead you across the bay onto Dauphin Island. Make sure to grab dinner at Tacky Jacks a local favorite just 1.5 miles away. The drive to this beach house is worth it!

Minimum age to rent is 25. This is a non-smoking property and the maximum occupancy is 8 people. The onsite outdoor elevator is not available for guest use and no pets are permitted.

Discounted monthly rates are available from November 1 - January 1. This house does not have cable but every TV is a Smart TV with streaming apps.
