Trade in the hustle and bustle of the daily grind for sun-soaked days when you book your stay at this Gulf Shores, beachfront condo, offering you classic resort amenities. You will have access to an indoor pool, sauna, and six outdoor pools on the Gulf Shores Plantation grounds. This condo is also equipped with two youth bunk beds, perfect for children.

Take a short walk down the boardwalk and lounge on the neighboring beach, then grab a delicious meal at the nearby Kiva Grill or Sassy Bass Island Grill. Explore the picturesque sites at the Fort Morgan State Historic Site Museum or nature at Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, both a short drive away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We had a great view of the beach and the room was clean. The bed and pillows definitely needs an upgrade. I suggest bringing your own pillows

The room was disgusting. Dirty sheets were left on the bed, the bed frame was broken in half and we were not able to use it. The kitchen chairs had mold growing on them, the dishes were dirty and covered in human hair. The bathroom ceiling is falling in, the soap dispensers in the bathroom do not work. The comforters that are provided are the equivalent of sheets. The room has an awful smell that doesn’t go away. We only stayed one night and left our vacation early due to how awful this room was.

Smoke alarms went off because of steam from the shower every night. The room is outdated and only 3 plugins worked in the entire condo. Had to wait an hour and 23 minutes before we could get into our room bc cleaning crew wasn’t done before check in time.

Clean but needs some love soon

Great view, clean. Some things in need of repair. Needs some love and a little facelift soon. Vacasa is great about answering quickly with any questions or concerns. It definitely served its purpose, providing a clean place to sleep and a direct view of the beach. Would love to stay here again of the owner would just do a few updates.

Condo needs work

The condo was very clean but really run down. The vents in the bathroom where falling out of the wall and ceiling, the chair in the living room was peeling very badly, the door to the balcony got stuck so bad that we had to call security to come open it so we could get off the balcony. One of the chairs on the balcony was broken too. We also didn’t get any of the amenity cards so I called to make sure we were supposed to get them (I didn’t want to get charged for not leaving something that I never got to start with. She told me that I was supposed to have gotten cards to use the indoor pool and hot tub and they would be left in our room the next day. We never got them. The kitchen is very tiny so I wouldn’t want to stay here if

Quick getaway

Overall the property was good. The chairs on the patio need to be changed out and the wax ring on the toilet appeared to be needing to be changed. The view was fantastic of the gulf. This place is great for a small family with smaller children.

Would not recommend this property.

This property was very dated, smelled of mildew/mold, sheets did not fit bed, kitchen light fixture had wiring problems and more problems. Even the property was in poor condition. Terrible stay

It's an older property, but it was clean. The view was great. I liked that it was by the stairwell, so we could easily get to our room. Local grocery pickup was very reasonable price wise. I look forward to heading back in the future.

Communication was a nightmare when it came to me trying to ask questions. Our pillows and bedding was dirty and had blood on them. The couch was ripped and had blood stains and other stains. Nobody to contact about the issues

Nice Location but Old Building

The property's location is beautiful. The grounds are nice, pools are clean, and the beach is beautiful. The room is extremely old. The bathtub is stained. Th ceilings are horrible. It looks and smells as though mold has been painted over. It definitely needs a face lift and is very small as shown in the pictures. With all of this said, the extra fees are quite ridiculous for this particular property.

The property was not up to the standards we are used to at Gulf Shores Plantation. The chair was worn and the pleather like finish had a big BIG hole in it at top of chair, couch was old stains. tub had large stain/ just was not up to standard fro a complex like this and especially for waht i paid, I could get this in a class b motel for much less
