You will enjoy the sugar white sands and beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico on one side and Little Lagoon on the other. Either option offers the perfect area for you to lay back, catch some rays, and relax. At the complex, you can enjoy the pool, hot tub, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and grilling areas! There is also a boat launch, boat slips, and parking area for your boat trailer. WiFi is available in all public areas, including the pool, docks, and beach. This unit is freshly painted, fully furnished with fresh linens, and has a well-stocked kitchen for your use. The living area features a queen size sleeper sofa and TV with DVD. The master bedroom has a King and the guest bedroom has a queen size bed for you to relax in after a great day on the beach or enjoying the other great amenities the complex has to offer. The new owners have updated all beds, including the sleeper sofa, with brand new mattresses. There is a stacked washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. You will love the beautiful waterfront views of the lagoon from this great unit!

Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations made that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.
