We were in town for a HS cheer camp. Loved that there was an amusement/water park, shopping, food, sweets, and games to play within a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Hotel was extremely clean, staff was always nice, everyone was always smiling Beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was fresh every day. Will definitely make sure to stay again anytime we are in the area!

Our family enjoyed the stay for 4 nights. It was close to the amusement/water park, dining and shopping. Room was clean for the most part except the bathroom vanity had a lot of dust at the bottom. Looks like housekeeping forgot to dust that in while. Otherwise, it was quiet and we felt safe. Breakfast was decent and the pool was nice. We got to enjoy the fireworks on the patio.

The staff at the property was very helpful and courteous at all times we interacted with them during our stay. We came to the property late at night after we had issues with our vacation rental and the staff was very accommodating. Had I known about the property beforehand, I wouldn't have wasted my time with the rental and booked your property from the beginning. My only critique would be to suggest a larger breakfast prep area. The food was always hot and delicious, but it was really crowded while waiting in line and there was always a wait at the waffle prep area.

The staff/service was awesome: very friendly and helpful. The proximity to Downtown OWA and Tropic Falls is great(walking distance!) The hotel itself is in dire need of repair. Furniture in the lobby and in rooms is tattered, rusted and worn. There was chipped paint on walls and worn/torn carpet inside my room. The door to my room was filthy, as were baseboards, cabinets and vanity in the bathroom. I won't go back to this hotel unless major renovation is done.

Everything was great during our stay! This property checked all the boxes - clean, friendly, convenient, great breakfast! We had a minor issue to no one’s fault with our tv, but the maintenance staff worked to fix the problem and the front office was accommodating for our inconvenience! We will certainly be back! Great choice for our stay!
