This condo is also equipped with two youth bunk beds, perfect for children.

Take a short stroll out onto miles of white sand beach just steps from your condo. Book a tee time and take on the 18 world-class holes of nearby Kiva Dunes public golf course, then grab a bite to eat at the Kiva Grill or the beachfront Sassy Bass Island Grill. Hop in the car and head east to hike the trails of Gulf State Park or cast a line or two from the Gulf State Park Pier, offering 2,500 feet of fishing space.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
