“Room was very clean as well as breakfast room and such. But the room had a very strong bathroom fragrance smell. I did not like it at all. Smelled it all night. Also, the water pressure was fabulous and plenty of hot water, but apparently had not been run for a while in the shower cuz it came out a very dark rust color when I first started it. Stay was acceptable. Bed and pillows were decent. But I really was not expecting an Motel. Overall good value for money if you are not picky. Apparently I……

“Staff was not very friendly and it took a couple of times calling on the phone to get information because a child was playing with the phone. There was no swimming pool and the information needs to be updated on Expedia. We requested a downstairs room because my husband recently had back surgery and I was traveling with my 83 year old mother who has mobility issues. I notified them on Monday via email I needed a downstairs room and we didn’t check in until Friday. They had four days to respond……

“Check in was Simple. The location of this rental is at a beautiful event venue-Suttle Ridge. This rental is the guest quarters behind the main quarters and there is also a beautiful pavilion with an amazing views. The main quarters and pavilion were rented for part of our stay. The owners were very transparent from the start about this. I mistakenly did not read the full amenities while booking and discovered upon arrival there was no air conditioning.
