“Staff was not very friendly and it took a couple of times calling on the phone to get information because a child was playing with the phone. There was no swimming pool and the information needs to be updated on Expedia. We requested a downstairs room because my husband recently had back surgery and I was traveling with my 83 year old mother who has mobility issues. I notified them on Monday via email I needed a downstairs room and we didn’t check in until Friday. They had four days to respond……
