“I was woken up at 6 in the morning, asking me to fill in the water as the water machine got burnt- this is just not acceptable . How would you expect someone to have a bath at 6am in the morning ? And over and above the room was noisy as well- there was some maintenance work at 1am in the morning ”

“Terrible service. Initially we were given a different room that was cheaper than we had booked. The next day we moved to the room we were actually supposed to get. The more expensive room had less towel, in both the rooms the ac remote doesnt work and had no fan...so either we were freezing with the AC on at a constant 18 degrees C or sweating! There was no toothpaste, and the staff told they'd get it for us.....then nothing until I went out and bought one! The induction cooker doesn't work, the……
