“Brera is a basic clean room with a kitchenette. Don’t expect anything fancy, but the price is right. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a terrace and they provided fans which made a lot of noise. The negatives are it looks very old. The TV looks really antique and does not have netflix or any streaming content. Only german channels. The washing and drying costs money and we need to go to the basement. So, a mild inconvenience. The stove was rather funky to turn on, but it worked……

“Not sure we'll repeat this. Idea is okay- minimal staff and a small apt with living/dining/kitchen/bedroom. The apt was dark, even with all the lights on - but the problem was the lack of staff assistance. We never got an email with instructions and codes to get the key, and staff was only there a few hours a day. We got there mid-afternoon in a snowstorm and were lucky another guest let us in to try to work out how to get a key. After that we didn't really need people, but there were weird……

“Great location to explore Munich, esp once you figure out the public transportation! Comfortable bed, huge shower, handy washer/dryer. Communication and check-in instructions were amazing. Would recommend to fellow travelers!”

“The apartment was open and spacious; however there were some cleanliness and amenity issues including the lack of appropriate sized bedding. There were only bottom sheets and no duvet covers. The blankets available were all very small, children sized blankets, definitely not as pictured. We did not use the third bedroom so we took the pillows from that room as there were not enough for all of the beds. The curtains were hanging off tracks and were very dirty is some spots. The coffee machine……
