“We greatly enjoyed our stay, the room was very spacious and comfortable. Lots of storage options and we really liked the large opening window doors. The kitchen is useful although the sink and counter area is quite limited. Having a grocery store right next door was extremely helpful and well-used. The city centre is accessible with bus/tram then the subway which took a little over 30 minutes but was easy enough. Overall would consider staying again if possible. ”

“Location was prime! There is an "honor bar" with food & beverages on the 5th floor we enjoyed discovering. The only minor drawback was no AC, yet we found the staff to be so accommodating and they provided multiple fans. A great value! ”

“-The biggest issue with this apartment is that it is RIGHT NEXT TO train rail and all day and all night long trains pass by with loud noises. The trains pass right by the bedroom windows. It is impossible to sleep. - place seems to have probably been in commercial use and now turned into residential. - there were small roaches in the unit and we informed the contact and he said these are normal in wooded areas! Extra sheets and pillows in the closet had stains and hair on them ( see pictures) -……

“Arrived late in the evening and in the rain. First impressions of the neighborhood late night were concerning, seemed a bit sketchy. This impression improved in daylight and as we became accustomed to the surroundings. It is a very noisy area, however. Lots of room for sleeping. Only one toilet. Separate shower room. Coffee/espresso in the small kitchen is a hit. Overall location, proximity to Munich sights, was great.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Katrin’s place. It had everything you would need. The large bathroom was a plus. The neighborhood and building was super quiet, and it was easy to access public transportation. There was a lovely store/restaurant called Kafer right around the corner, if you wanted beautiful produce, gourmet items, and yummy coffee. Katrin was super responsive to any questions we had. Would stay there again. ”

"Brand new hotel in town. Very convenient location to the hbf and other public transport, could also walk to the old town. Everything was brand new, clean with modern design, fully equipped kitchen. Room was pretty spacious. Staff were super friendly. First time experiencing such contactless door unlocking function, may not be super ideal for elderly. The hotel offered free tea and coffee, some confectionery and stuff at the public area, allowing you to chill or refresh yourself. It was a few days into their opening , the staff were still modifying some parts of the building and there was a bit of the unpleasant smell in the public accessible parts but was fine inside the room. A point to note, the door to shower and toilet was glass and completely transparent, even when there was curtains between the living room & kitchen/ toilet & shower / bedroom, it was still a little embarrassed for my family when using the facility, had to inform everyone before using the toilet and shower and try not to pass by. Otherwise, pleasant stay in general. "
