“Not sure we'll repeat this. Idea is okay- minimal staff and a small apt with living/dining/kitchen/bedroom. The apt was dark, even with all the lights on - but the problem was the lack of staff assistance. We never got an email with instructions and codes to get the key, and staff was only there a few hours a day. We got there mid-afternoon in a snowstorm and were lucky another guest let us in to try to work out how to get a key. After that we didn't really need people, but there were weird……

Because it is a main floor apartment, we couldn’t leave windows open during the night. A weird smell that was noticeable from the time that we arrived, was actually coming from standing water in the broken dishwasher. We reached out about it, but no one came to fix it while we were there. I would still stay here again, because I loved the area so much and the price was……

“For anyone booking and reading reviews in advance, this property manager does not use Vrbo messaging. That said, the manager answered the phone for check in as well as receiving our delayed baggage while we were touring.The unit is clean, matches the listing, and was quiet for our stay. There is a secure door to the busy street. The area is safe although some may not feel comfortable with the dark streets and people out after dark. We walked home many nights and never had any issues. The train……
