My family and I had a wonderful short stay at this hotel! The room was clean, had a great view, a good amount of space and the ac got the room very cold. Convenience stores were very close, parking was a reasonable price and the staff were so friendly and helpful! They even had a stroller for us to use for free which came in handy when we went to the aquarium. The location also happened to be right near our car rental location which was a bonus! Would definitely come stay here again.

A nice enough resort but very large and impersonal. We had a room in the annex which was enormous, luxurious and had all the amenities. Used the swimming pool on the rooftop which was great, albeit small for the size of the hotel and I can imagine at peak periods there would be not enough sun beds. The beach is over the road and is ok, more natural than manicured but no facilities. Many small pebbles and shells so best to have water shoes if swimming.

I adored this hotel. The rooms were quite comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and luxurious. When I stayed there, the tides were quite low, so the swimming area was too shallow to swim. But the beach was well tended and beautiful. And the pool area was lovely. My only criticism would be that the carpets in the common area were all stained and sad looking. Otherwise, I was very happy to stay in this hotel.

The staff were friendly and kind but did not help with basic services such as helping guests to unload luggage. Since my travelling group contained myself and my young daughter, unloading was hard for us and we would have appreciated some help. The pricing was also not worth the hotel amenities and room. The room itself was neat and clean but very crammed, while the view was good but not anything extraordinary. However, it was convenient as it was right next to the American Village.
